      4.  Create an environment for both parties that is safe, unbiased and neutral.
    5.  Assists both parties to communicate and create a specific Plan tailored to your situation so that each party can move forward in their life.
        We  follow the Family Court process by which Agreements can be agreed, written and formalised into a Parenting Plan or Property Settlement .

These can be taken to your lawyer to be filed and lodged as Court Orders.
If you do not have a lawyer, ask us. We have a number of lawyers who we can refer you to for  assistance.
