Family Dispute Resolution Certificates - Section 60i Certificates - Meeting Legal Requirements
Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) Section 60i Certificates are required by law before applying to court for parenting orders where the parents are not engaging, or it is not suitable for mediation. (In circumstances of domestic violence, FVRO/ Other Court orders.)
